PDO Threadlifts for Face & Body

A PDO threadlift is a cosmetic procedure often referred to as a "non-surgical facelift" - meaning you get results similar to a facelift but without the actual surgery. Threadlifts use FDA-approved dissolvable suture threads to pull sagging skin upward and stimulate the production of long-lasting natural collagen - the protein in your body that gives your skin firmness and elasticity. A threadlift is a relatively simple procedure that takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the number of threads placed. The area is numbed and then the threads are placed under the skin where they anchor and lift sagging skin. The results are immediate! The threads dissolve in 3-4 months and are replaced by collagen.

Microneedling for Skin

Microneedling is a simple procedure that uses tiny needles to prick the skin. This stimulates your body to heal and produce collagen and elastin, which results in smoother skin, more even-toned color, smaller pores and fewer fine lines and wrinkles. Best results are seen after 3-4 sessions spaced 3-4 weeks apart. Results can be kept up with regular maintenance.

Contrary to popular opinion, it really doesn't require going so deep that the face bleeds! Most collagen and elastin is found in the dermal layer and as long as microchannels are created in the epidermis, great results can be achieved. The key to seeing great results has more to do using high quality skin products than it does with the depth of the microneedles.

After the skin is numbed with a topical anesthetic, I use a special microneedling tool that releases high quality serums with cytokines and growth factors to heal the skin and improve the appearance. There is no recovery or downtime, but it is best to avoid wearing makeup for at least a few hours.

Microneedling for Hair Restoration

The procedure is basically the same for the scalp as it is for the face, but the needles and serums used are designed to reach the hair follicle. A specialized serum with 12 bio-identical growth factors and cytokines that specifically target and stimulate the hair follicle are applied during the procedure. The result is the appearance of thicker, fuller hair.
