Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. However, we know that “life happens” and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. If you find yourself needing to change your appointment time for whatever reason, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Any appointment that is a no-show or a late cancellation without 24 hrs notice will incur a $50 charge. 

We do our best to remain on time and request that our patients arrive 5-10 minutes early. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, but if this occurs, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly to avoid interrupting the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Safety is always a priority and therefore we kindly ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment. It can be very distracting and even dangerous to provide a medical procedure with sharp needles, medications and medical equipment in the treatment area while children are roaming the room. Unfortunately, we also cannot allow them to remain in the small greeting area as this is a shared space with other businesses. We appreciate your attention and cooperation on this.
